These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the websites holidayspace.my and holidayspace.com.my and any related online services (together, the "Website") operated by Holiday Space Sdn. Bhd., a company incorporated in Malaysia ("Holiday Space", "we", "us" or "our").

By accessing or using the Website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

When you make a booking, our Booking Terms & Conditions and the Cancellation & Refund Policy also apply, together with the rules of the relevant travel supplier.

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to make a booking.
• Information you provide must be true, accurate and complete, and you must keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
• We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or are used for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and for making genuine bookings or enquiries. You must not:

• Make speculative, false or fraudulent bookings, or bookings in anticipation of demand.
• Use robots, scrapers or other automated means to access, copy or monitor the Website or its content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Website, its servers or security, or attempt to gain unauthorised access.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malicious code or any content that is unlawful, offensive or infringes the rights of others.
• Resell or commercially exploit the Website or its content without our written permission.

Travel content on the Website, including schedules, descriptions, photographs, ratings and prices, is largely provided by suppliers and their systems. We take reasonable care to display it accurately but do not guarantee that it is complete, current or free of errors.

Prices and availability change frequently and are only guaranteed once your booking is confirmed. If an obvious pricing or system error occurs, we may cancel the affected booking and refund any amount you paid for it.

Prices may be shown in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or another currency you select. Currency conversions are indicative only; see our Booking Terms & Conditions for details.

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, the Holiday Space name and brand, and software, is owned by or licensed to Holiday Space Sdn. Bhd. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

The Website may contain links to, or embed services from, third parties such as suppliers, payment providers, maps and social media. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third-party websites, and your use of them is at your own risk.

If you submit reviews, comments, photographs or other content, you confirm that it is your own, is honest and does not infringe anyone's rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and publish that content in connection with our services. We may moderate, edit or remove content at our discretion.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia, without prejudice to any right you may have to bring a claim before the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia.
